I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You should wait until result and scars are mature and discuss further revision/reduction with your surgeon. Your breasts seem too heavy to achieve long lasting result; further reduction would provide better longevity. Good luck.

Yes, at this time I would recommend a revision. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

You should discuss a revision with your doctor. If your surgeon does not able to confidently offer a revision surgery, get a second opinion from an experienced plastic surgeon who focuses on aesthetic breast surgery. I suggest waiting a minimum of 6 months before having corrective surgery.

I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon. You do need to wait at least 6 months from surgery to give your tissue time to heal before any revision.
