How long after Botox for migraine should I get a massage? 3 weeks p.o.

I get botox for chronic migraine and after my last set of shots I was doing well and then got a head neck massage about three weeks out. Know I’m finding that I am sore in my shoulder and my migraine has returned. Was that too soon. Does massage affect the botox?

The use of Botox injections for migraines during breastfeeding is unlikely to cause any harm to your baby. I recommend you to wait couple of hours after the treatment

Hello and thank you for your question.  The effects of Botox typically last 3-4 months. Your results are common and you should begin to notice the ability to move this muscle more once the Botox begins to wear off.  I hope this information helps and best of luck to you!

The simple answer is NO.  BOTOX works locally to block reception of neurotransmitters and ultimately decrease muscular activity on a local level.  But it should have no effect on your hair. I hope that helps!
