I am on immunosuppressants and corticosteroids, and various other medications.

The use of Botox injections for migraines during breastfeeding is unlikely to cause any harm to your baby. I recommend you to wait couple of hours after the treatment

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. If it persists, I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation. Keep in mind, final results with Botox take 1-2 weeks. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello and thank you for your question.  The effects of Botox typically last 3-4 months. Your results are common and you should begin to notice the ability to move this muscle more once the Botox begins to wear off.  I hope this information helps and best of luck to you!

The simple answer is NO.  BOTOX works locally to block reception of neurotransmitters and ultimately decrease muscular activity on a local level.  But it should have no effect on your hair. I hope that helps!
