I receive Botox injections for migranes. Can Botox cause an abscess, and pain at the injection site?

Since the 3rd day post botox injections for migrane. I have a puffy mass between my left neck and shoulder area. I'm also experiencing headaches and sharp pain in the same area. I have had similar symptoms since my 2nd. treatment, but the symptoms have been getting worse. Now I have this puffy mass under my skin causing worse pain. My treating Dr. insist the symptoms are not related to the Botox. What can I do?
