You are an excellent candidate for The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are agreat candidate for a breast lift. This can be designed to result in animproved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scarappearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACSHarvard-trained plastic surgeon
Hello and thank you for sharing your photos and concerns. From your image, we can see that you have a grade 3 ptosis which means the Areola is below the level of the inframammary fold and contour of the breast. With your large breast size, you would be an excellent candidate for a full scar breast lift. Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for options! All the best,Carlos Mata MD, MBA, FACSBoard Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear jesslyndsay01,My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. It appears that a breast lift will help the position of your nipples if they're facing downwards. The lift will get the nipples back up and if you're looking for more fullness at the top, implants can be placed. A lift with augmentation can be performed and allow you to keep a natural look. I recommend seeing a plastic surgeon to discuss options.
I would say you are a good candidate for breast reduction surgery if you are wearing a 40H bra. The breasts would have to be reduced to a size more in balance to your body. The nipple and areola would also be lifted along with the breasts to a more youthful position.I would recommend you seek out a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your surgical options.Hope that helps.
Thank you for sending your question and pictures. You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. This will improve your nipple position and tighten the lower pole of your breast. Good luck with your surgery!
Thank you for your photo and question. You should be able to achieve a nice result with a breast lift with or without a reduction, depending on what size you wish to end up. Seek appointments with board certified plastic surgeons in your area that perform breast lift and reconstruction surgeries.
Your photos appear to show downward pointing nipples and downward slope to the breasts with descent below the fold. If this is found on exam in the office, that usually means a breast lift is necessary to properly position the tissues and improve the appearance (i.e., implants alone would not do the job). Whether you need an implant or not depends on your goal breast size, native breast tissue volume, and other considerations. Lifts tend to reduce the projection of the breast by 1/2 to 1 cup size in most patients, so that should be taken into consideration when selecting the procedure. Go on some consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons to better understand what would be appropriate for you.
Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing photos. You do seem to be a great candidate for a reduction with a lift! I would suggest you start by going on a few in person consultations with experienced board certified surgeons, you can discuss all procedure options and details as well as end result goals. Best of luck! Dr. Kachenmeister
