I had my surgery 5/11/2018 , my Dr told me to shower 24 hrs after and it’s ok to shower just not to scrub where I have my incision . I am now 1 week post op and I have showered 3 times now . It is ok to continue showering constantly? I see a lot of ppl say they had to wait 2 weeks and were only allowed to shower there lower body.

I understand your concern. However, it would be difficult to determine what size your breast will be after surgery, as there would still be swelling of the tissues surrounding the implant. Also, the implants take about 6 months to drop, fluff, and settle into its final position....
