Prices will vary by region and within each region by Surgeon. Each surgeon may also have slightly different prices for the same procedure depending on what exactly is involved to correct the problem. Your best bet is to see a few surgeons and get quotes to find out what the range is. In Toronto you should expect pricing anywhere from $4500-$7500 + tax. Ultimately you should go with the surgeon that you feel most comfortable with, not necessarily the least or most expensive one. As you posted this question 11 months ago (relative to my answer) this may no longer be relevant, but you're looking at a wide range of fees.  Direct excision of glandular breast tissue only is an OHIP procedure if you are eligible and there is no cost.  However most men seeking this surgery have more than a little lump of glandular tissue behind the areola.  Often liposuction is used to help sculpt the chest and the fee for this is very wide ranging depending on what is being done.  If you're getting the OHIP excision and would benefit from a little bit of lipo, you can be looking at about $2500+.  If you need more extensive liposuction, the cost can go up to $8500 (this would be a purely cosmetic procedure, no OHIP coverage for men that do not qualify for the OHIP part)
