Is It Ok to Do Chest Exercise While Having Gynecomastia?

There's no reason not to engage in chest exercises simply because you gynecomastia. If you choose to have it treated you might need to give it a rest for a couple weeks before resuming.

No it will not get worse, a lot of men think if they work out enough they can get rid of the gland tissue. Unfortunately nothing besides surgery will remove excess glandular tissue

Gynecomastia is composed of fatty tissue and glandular tissue.The fatty tissue can be altered by diet and exercise; however, the glandular tissue will not be affected.  Exercise will help with the development of the pectoralis in terms of making it more bulky or enhancing its definition.  This will not alter gynecomastia except pushing it more outward.

if you are not having surgery, certainly you should excercise.  It will not worsen the amount of breast tisse that's there, only the muscles will be affected.  Make sure you don't take any illicit steroids as that can worsen it.

If for some reason you feel surgery isn’t right for you, you may wish to consider non-surgical options. For example, a good diet and sufficient exercise will also be helpful in lowering your overall body fat percentage.
Gynecomastia is excess breast tissue, not fat tissue. That means exercise won't have a major impact on it.  Even things like exercises specifically for chest may not make any difference.
To sum it up, a clean diet and a good workout routine will be helpful but it may not always be enough, surgery may still be required to remove the glandular element.

Chest exercises have little to do with the problems associated with gynecomastia. There is little to no correlation between the two so I would not be worried about worsening your gynecomastia through chest exercises.

Doing chest exercises will have no negative effect on your gynecomastia (it will not make it worse). Please seek out a board certified plastic surgeon so that they may guide you with their professional opinion.

I have not ever found there to be any relationship between gynecomastia and chest exercises. Doing them will not make it worse. As you body reduces, I have see gynecomastia get both better and worse depending on the fat content of the tissue

doing exercises will have little effect on your gynecomastia which is due to abnormal 

breast tissue appearance. if you have lose skin, sometimes if you build up your pec muscle, you can "take up" some of that lose skin. you should see a board certified plastic surgeon to assess what options are best for you.
