I am considering rhinoplasty, fillers to tear duct area, and/or an upper forehead lift. I also have a small scar on my cheek I need removed and two pads of fat on my forehead. I’ve never considered surgery before but now in my 40s, I’d like to make the best of what God’s given me. I just would like to know what is worthwhile and possible by an objective group of surgeons before I seek a consult.

Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient.

A brow lift procedure can accomplish lifting the eyebrows and shortening your forehead in addition to softening the corrugator muscles between your eyebrows which will help with the scowling. A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the nostrils, shaving down the dorsal hump, and refining the nasal tip.
