I would like to know what procedures to my face would result in the prettiest profile (Photo)

Question

I am considering rhinoplasty, fillers to tear duct area, and/or an upper forehead lift. I also have a small scar on my cheek I need removed and two pads of fat on my forehead. I’ve never considered surgery before but now in my 40s, I’d like to make the best of what God’s given me. I just would like to know what is worthwhile and possible by an objective group of surgeons before I seek a consult.

Thank you for your question and photo. You are a great Candidate for Face-lifting surgery and  Rhinoplasty, surgical instruments known as rasps and osteotomies (hammer and chisel) are used to reshape the nasal bones by removing the hump and/or narrowing the nasal bone width. These tools are relatively imprecise and their use can lead to contour irregularities, etc. if not used in the proper manner. Recently, a technology that uses sound waves has been developed to contour nasal bones in a precise and far less traumatic way when compared to traditional techniques. Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient.

It is difficult to make a recommendation based on the limited photos provided. It does appear a brow lift might be helpful in refreshing the upper face. Rhinoplasty might bring the nose into better proportion with the rest of the facial features as well. This physician will have the expertise in facial anatomy to customize a treatment plan that will produce the best results for you.

There is no single answer to your multiple questions. Thank you for your pictures but they are in 3 different settings with different lighting in all locations. You also bring up a good concept - prettiest profile. However, you have not provided a side view of your face. This is required to provide you a profile response. 
Many things can be done to improve your facial appearance. This would be confirmed with a face to face consultation. Your treatment options may include in office treatments like injectable fillers to a more longer lasting surgical procedure.

A full set of facial photographs from all angles including your side profile are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. A brow lift procedure can accomplish lifting the eyebrows and shortening your forehead in addition to softening the corrugator muscles between your eyebrows which will help with the scowling. A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the nostrils, shaving down the dorsal hump, and refining the nasal tip.
