I HIGHLY recommend Dr. May and his team! They went above and beyond to answer any questions / address any concerns I had from consultation through to months after my breast augmentation. I felt so incredibly cared for throughout the entire process!
I met with many surgeons and Dr. May was by far the standout. Not only did he go into details about each step of the procedure and recovery but he also the most honest about risks. He also took my input of what I wanted vs what is just popular.
Dr. May and the entire team at Capizzi were amazing. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Post surgery appointments were easy to schedule. Would strongly recommend anyone looking for breast enhancement to go see Dr. May
Dr. May & his team created the most pleasant experience for my breast augmentation! I am currently six months post op & could not be happier! They are so caring & so attentive. After my surgery I, quite literally, was up & WFH hours after my surgery with no pain whatsoever. Any irrational worry I may have had, they answered almost immediately & made me feel so much more comfortable!! I will absolutely be continue to go to Dr. May & his team for all procedures moving forward!! You will not regret choosing them!!
First, allow me to say how pleased I am with the amazing, talented, and skilled Dr. May. I’ve had procedures performed abroad in other countries and the United States, and Dr. May's professionalism and compassion are first to none. He was very meticulous in his diagnostic assessment per my requests. For the first time, I felt my surgeon (Dr. May) was concerned about my overall health and quality of life! He was forthcoming regarding his expectations of me as a patient in his care and the realistic results of my requested procedures. As an older woman, I recommend Dr. May to anyone seeking a board-certified, honest, compassionate, and highly skilled surgeon to perform your desired procedure. He is a must-have in all surgical operating suites.
Dr. May is absolutely amazing! Patient, kind and completely helpful from consultation all the way through surgery and follow ups. Always happy to help and answer any questions. I am about 7 months post-op and I couldn’t be happier. The results are fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr. May to anyone.
The friendliest & kindest staff around. Made the whole experience relaxed and easy. I was in and out and really enjoyed working with Dr. May. He is so kind and easy to talk to while having a procedure done. I highly recommend this office and would come back for any of their services!
Dr May is a gem. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and answered all my questions. The staff were amazing, supportive and sweet! Highly recommend him as your surgeon! Highly recommend Capizzi MD!
I was so on the fence if breast implants were for me, I’m so glad I went through with the procedure. I feel so confident in my body that I never thought I would feel. It was so much easier than I thought and so far I am 1 month post op and feeling so great! I cannot wait to show off my summer body this year!
Without photographs, it is difficult to say with certainty what procedure would be optimal to treat the hooding of your brows. However, in general there are multiple different surgical approaches to achieve a brow lift - many of which target the lateral brow specifically. I would recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will be able to assess your brow position and will be able to give you surgical recommendations based off your physical exam and your specific goals.
Thank you for your question as this topic frequently comes up. Both neck lift and submental liposuction are options that can address the contour of the neck but choosing the right treatment is dependent on multiple factors. In general, submental liposuction is ideal for younger patients that still have great skin elasticity with minimal laxity, have minimal banding of the muscles (platysma) of the neck, and who have mild to moderate excess fat. For patients who are older and have begun to lose skin elasticity or who have other attributes contributing the aging appearance of their neck, more thorough surgical intervention through a neck lift is generally preferred. From your photographs alone and based on your age, submental liposuction may be a good option for you but it is difficult to say with certainty. I would consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will perform a thorough evaluation of your neck and discuss your goals with you in order to provide you with the best option to meet those goals. Best of luck in your surgical journey!
Hi and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, nasal asymmetry or changes in the appearance of your nose can be common after trauma. From the photographs you provided, you may benefit from a a rhinoplasty to correct the asymmetry and dorsal hump that is present. I generally tell my patients to wait at least 6-12 months following trauma prior to undergoing operative correction. I recommend you seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty. After a thorough consultation, they will be able to help guide you to the right treatment option for you. Best of luck!
This is a common question we encounter in plastic surgery. In your photos, it does appear that the relationship between your chin position and nose produces the appearance of retrusive chin. A chin implant is one option that can address this. Regarding your neck, it is difficult to give an accurate assessment based on your photos alone without performing a physical exam. However, submental liposuction can routinely be performed simultaneously with a chin implant and works synergistically to enhance the appearance of your side profile. I recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will perform a physical exam and talk with you with you in order to help you figure out the best way to meet your goals!
This is a great question! While there is no right or wrong age to have a facelift, 34 is on the younger end of the spectrum. A facelift and neck lift would indeed address some of the signs of aging you're discussing (including early bowling, some skin laxity in the neck, and deflation/descent of your cheeks), and may be the right option for you. Alternatively, there are also multiple ways to address these issues that do not require surgical intervention. These options include HA fillers for volume, skincare to improve skin tone and health, and even minimally invasive skin tightening options to address some of the laxity. I recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics to discuss all of your options. They will help guide you to the option best suited for you based on your goals and their findings on your physical exam. Best of luck to you on your journey!
