How many CoolSculpting treatments do you think I’ll need? Fat above the knees (Photos)

Thanks for your question. It is always best to do an evaluation in person, but from the photos alone, it would appear that you would get great results from 3 treatments. The thing about the Cool mini applicator is that it is smaller and pulls in less tissue. So, it typically needs to be used three times for optimal results when treating a bulge of that size. I am hoping that your CoolSculpting provider is able to discuss this issue with you and give you answers a well. Good luck with everything. 

The quickest, most noticeable, and most cost-effective way to attain the knees you want would be to undergo medial knee liposuction.  This will only need to be done once and can be done under local anesthesia.  It is slightly more invasive than cool sculpting, but will be much more noticeably effective.  I mentioned the aspect of cost-effectiveness because cool sculpting will require a number of visits that will eventually cost you more than just having the medial knee liposuction with the risk of not having the results you anticipated.  Should you decide to proceed with CoolSculpting, you will need about 2 to 3 cycles.
