I had a bbl lipo and TT in 2017. My doctor made my butt big but it wasn't too bad. After nursing school and having a baby I gained about 20 pounds and now my butt is huge. I'm looking for a good doctor to do my round 2. Lipo TT and BBL REDUCTION.
Answer: I need a BBL reduction and reshaping. Congratulations on the baby and nursing school! A BBL reduction with butt reshaping can certainly be done. Just try choosing a doctor that isn’t exaggerated with his results and that understands what your looking for. It’s hard to say of you need a TT without photos. Some of my patents that have had children after their tummy tucks go back to their pre-baby body after losing the weight. This might be true for you as well. Before spending time and money on another big procedure, trying to lose some weight first and seeing if your results come back might be a good idea. Sometimes a small revision is all that is needed. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

Answer: BBL revision Dear Lifechange96, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: I need a BBL reduction and reshaping. I want a medium sized round BBL. Without posting any photos very hard to offer any responses. Best to search out a boarded Private practice PS, then in person or virtually consult with him/her. Not sure why you need a second TT? Awaiting photos.

Answer: BBL reduction and abdominoplasty Congratulations on the birth of your child, sorry to hear about the weight gain. A BBL reduction is no big deal as long as the skin is OK and there are no worries of flaccidity. It may be combined with an abdominoplasty and there are no restrictions on sitting post-operatively. Answer: BBL Revision Based on your description, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision. The optimal BBL revision outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat since your fat has already been harvested 2) a closed looped system to process the fat in order to optimize transfer time and avoid your fat from becoming contaminated and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique that maximizes graft take. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. Finally, attention must be given to providing you the buttock shape that YOU desire. This means using our proprietary BBL assessment tool. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. Our buttock assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
