Had a bbl 7 years ago. Now it look funny and my legs no longer match. What should I do? Is a round 2 bbl is needed to reshape my butt or a reduction? One side is pointy.

Answer: Over the top BBL Based on your pictures I’m guessing you may have gained weight since your procedure. If that’s the case then you’re easiest, healthiest and best option is to lose weight. I question if you even needed a BBL in the first place but without seeing before and after pictures we really can’t make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure. To have surgical intervention you need to either go back to the surgeon who did your initial procedure or have a second opinion in person consultations regarding Revision Work. Most likely Liposuction would be the appropriate way to reduce your bottom. Personally I tend to blend fat onto the thigh to give a more balanced smooth and continuous S-curve rather than creating a lollipop looking buttocks when I do these procedures. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
