Hi, I had an augmentation nearly 6 months ago and feel like they breast are still very high riding. I have noticed very little drop in the breasts since the procedure. How do i know if this is superior malposition or if i am still healing? I am surprised they are this high this far out for the surgery.

Thanks for your question! Your breasts do appear to be tuberous (but mildly so). I do think a subglandular or submuscular augmentation would be an option for you. I might advise against the extra full profile but that is just personal preference. Plus, it would be nice to see some "wish pics"....
