Thanks for your question! I think that your implants seem widely spaced because of your natural anatomy (and perhaps a little bit implant selection). Evidence of capsular contracture is not really noted in your photos. Some signs of capsular contracture are the breast feeling hard, changing shape, or potentially pain. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. With early stages of capsular contracture medication is sometimes an option for improvement.
