Thanks for your question! I think that your implants seem widely spaced because of your natural anatomy (and perhaps a little bit implant selection). I don't see anything that is square, but one is somewhat larger than the other, and both have some sagging. You might consider going down in size and doing a lift. However, the lift will interfere with your tattoos. You could consider just having your lateral pockets tightened and see if you prefer that look.

Evidence of capsular contracture is not really noted in your photos. Some signs of capsular contracture are the breast feeling hard, changing shape, or potentially pain. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. With early stages of capsular contracture medication is sometimes an option for improvement.
