Can breast augmentation & surgical vaginal tightening be combined?

Question

Is it possible to combine breast augmentation & Surgical Vaginal tightening in one procedure? If so, what is the over all cost? I would just want a cup size larger and to make internally and externally opening smaller. I'm in Ontario, Canada.

You will need to go for consultation to know the price since prices do vary greatly. I would not recommend doing both procedures together because of the increased risk of infection and capsule formation to your implants. Vaginal surgery is not sterile.

Combining procedures is common however these are two procedures that I would not suggest combining.  The reason is the risk of cross contamination that could lead to infection.  Infections that settle around the implant can be challenging and can lead to the need for explant.  I'd rather not take that risk.  There are several options you can explore for vaginal tightening that can be performed in the office medical suite separate from your breast augmentation and do not require general anesthesia.
