I went to my primary to get my labs done and he also gave me a urinalysis, which came back as I have asymptomatic bacteruria, surgery is scheduled for the 30th of this month, should I get it done?

There are many issues that can happen with inadequate soft tissue coverage of the breast implant over time. The data also supports use of a submuscular pocket. I always recommend a properly done dual plane (submuscular pocket).

I recommend sleeping on your back or your side, doesn't necessarily mean being propped up but an extra pillow for the first few nights may feel most comfortable. I recommend not laying on your stomach for the first 3 weeks after surgery.
