Dear maddandrews, Previously known a Perlane, renamed Restylane Lyft has the best G-prime or elasticity against applied force. It feels firmer and projects well like the bone and cartilage of the various portions of the nose. While it can be dissolved with an enzyme (a good thing) for the patient that is disappointed with its result, it also attracts water and adds volume following its injection (not necessarily a good thing). I also use Radiesse, a suspension similar to bone particularly for the radix (the hollow between the eyes at the top of the nose and below the forehead) and for a saddle nose. Then non-surgical rhinoplasty is very useful for smaller improvements as larger volumes of both fillers above may yield to the overlying skin pressure and drift slightly. Careful and artistic injection is required as there are complications with fillers to the nose. Select your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon carefully for those with good experience in surgical nose enhancements as well as non-surgical rhinoplasty. I hope this is helpful. All the best. Stay well.
