I broke my cheekbone (zygomatic arch) a few years ago. I did not have surgery because from what I remember there was no displacement. Now, my cheek on this side seems to be flat and not plump like my other side. I want to restore my look. Please recommend me the best procedure to restore this side.

I am a fan of fillers over implants, if you want long term results then consider sculptra in combination with other fillers or fat injections. But be sure to see an expert for injections, someone who has a lot of experience and uses cannulas to get precise results and less complications....
