What is the best procedure for restoring a zygomatic arch fracture cosmetic deformity? (Photo)

I broke my cheekbone (zygomatic arch) a few years ago. I did not have surgery because from what I remember there was no displacement. Now, my cheek on this side seems to be flat and not plump like my other side. I want to restore my look. Please recommend me the best procedure to restore this side.

This can easily be treated with filler injections or an implant (which I would avoid).  Fat can be used for a more "permanent" result or even Belafill injections. I would avoid silicone injections and implants as you are young and they can post long term issues.  Find someone who uses cannulas for injection as they limit compliations such a swelling and bruising.
