I have a wish to get rid/remove of excess skin on my cheeks. Any suggestions? (photos)

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. What you are demonstrating would be a procedure known as a lateral commissuroplasty. This is where the corners of the mouth are brought out further, making the mouth wider and getting rid of the skin overhang at the same time. Even when the corner of the mouth is moved out 5mms that can make a tremendous difference with a collective 1 cm mouth width increase.

You may be a candidate for a corner lip lift which I have occasionally performed over the years for those who have a downward curve to the corners of the mouth. It can be modified to not only lift the corners but to extend them. This may or not be what you are looking for. Computer imaging  with  an inpetson consultation would help determine if you should have such procedures.
