Thanks for the question, I would be careful with any devices on the face as the nerves are not that far from the skin if you are interested in facial contouring best to see a local surgeon

Dear monis_416,

Thank you for your clinical post.  Most plastic surgeons and physicians do not
have experience with the electrical stimulation devices that you are referring
to.  Radio frequency devices such as
Thermage, Venus Freeze, Forma and Exilis are electrical current devices that
all slate at 1,000,000 cycles per second and use repeatedly on the face will
tighten the skin, but not significant ultra facial shape.

Electrical stimulation devices offered at a lower frequency
and work on stimulating and hypertrophying, that is enlarging, the facial
muscles and will change facial shape and can result in some thinning of heavy
nasolabial folds, smile lines and jowls. 
We’ve been performing myofacials such as you refer to for over 15 years
and have a lot of experience in facial shaping using electrical stimulation.

These treatments are not painful.  You require several treatments to get the
results you’re looking for and then some maintenance treatments to protect your
investment.
