I am a 23 year old female and am extremely unhappy with the appearance of my jowls and nasolabial folds. I have always had cheeks that give me a 'chipmunk' appearance due to the distribution of fat and folds in my lower face. If I lose weight, they reduce in size slightly, but are always obvious. What are my options regarding reduction of my jowls? I have attached an image. However the appearance of my cheeks is worse in person. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
