I am a fan of fillers over implants, if you want long term results then consider sculptra in combination with other fillers or fat injections. Cheek implants are permanent, cheaper in the long run, and have a very rare complication of infection. They are put in through the mouth under a minimally invasive procedure with light general anesthetic. On the other hand, fillers are quick easy but are much more expensive overtime.
