Hi, I’m a 32 year old female and my lids have started drooping. It’s not bad toward the middle of my eyes or the inner part, just on the outer edge as pictured. Can you please tell me what I can do to lift this up?
Answer: Eyelid surgery You would be a candidate for upper lid blepharoplasty to remove any excess skin from the lid. You would need an in person consultation to determine if a brow lift is needed.

Answer: Do I need eyelid surgery? (Photo) Hello YT, If your upper eyelids bother you, there are a few choices for treatment. The least invasive would be using a neuro-modulator like Botox to selectively raise your eyebrows a little. A second consideration would be having Ultherapy of the forehead above your brow. Lastly, a skin only excision of the excess upper lid skin would be corrective. Feel free to contact our office for a complimentary virtual consultation. Most important, do your homework and choose your treating physician most carefully based on their experience, skill, knowledge, honesty, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well. Answer: Sure Assuming you don't have any botox in you, you could certainly consider a gentle upper eyelid bleph! The surgeon can taper how much to remove so it's not uniform throughout the whole eyelid and will adjust to how much extra skin you have.

Answer: Addressing loose upper eyelid skin Thanks for sharing your question regarding drooping of the upper eyelid corner. What you are seeing is loose skin because of what happens with the aging process around the eye: deflation. The best results would likely be obtained with a combination of skin removal and at least 1 of the following options: botox or browlift to raise the brow, filler or fat grafting to inflate the brow. A combo of therapies usually obtains a more natural looking result. Best of luck!

Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
