Would I benefit from eyelid surgery revision?

The right side needs a fold that is connected to the levator aponeurosis, the tendon that raises the eyelid. That connection is called an anchor blepharoplasty. It is a critical part of correcting Asian double fold surgery. The left side has structure but it appears too much skin was left below the crease leaving loose skin on the platform. This needs to be cleaned up and controlled. A detailed in person assessment would be a first step toward correcting this.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure, we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
We can’t really give you a good answer until we have the information to make an assessment, and that requires seeing before and after pictures. I suggest following up with your provider we’re having a few in person second opinion consultations. For a second opinion, consultations patients should come prepared bringing with them Copies of before and after pictures a consultation note and operative report from your first provider. Those are part of your medical record, which you can obtain by requesting them.
