I've always had hypertrophied/triple excess skin on eyelids anyway but I've just recently had a stye and now I think i’m left with ptosis. It’s 95% gone but i’m afraid the ptosis will remain. The infected eye, the eyelid is not only bigger but darker and a bit red… what’s the best minimal procedure or based on my eyelids being naturally heavy should I have eyelid surgery anyway (blepharoplasty)?

More information is needed, such as any surgical history for a blepharoplasty or eyebrow lift. Fat grafting may be of some benefit to give more fullness to your upper lids.
