Had my surgery on 10th Jan 23. Big infection on left eye, periorbital cellulitis which took months to resolve. I am left with lagophtalmia, and a feeling of numbness in the lid + impossibility to properly squint. Photos: trying to shut eyes as hard as possible, squinting, eyes closed, and eyes open. Any idea what is happening? Could this be a muscle problem? The eyelid just looks... wrong. I am scared to re-open the lid, could the problem be figured out with an MRI? Please advise :(
