I’ve noticed that dry and flaky skin are present after a tummy tuck in that area of skin. It’s not itchy or irritated, just peeling and flaky. I’ve also noticed this in pictures of others who have had this procedure done . Just curious.

You may want to wait a few weeks after surgery to allow for any irritation to resolve. Avoid the incision and any open areas. Be sure to shave with the growth of the hair versus against. Best wishes.
I have never seen a garment “ruin” a tummy tuck result. These devices basically compress the fluid only out of the tissues. Avoid “shaping” garments as these can lead to contour problems. Garments should be tight but functional! Good luck. Dr. Aldo
It sounds like your drainage is normal. The fluid should be watery in consistency. Small clots are also normal. Keep in contact with your surgeon about any concerns that you have. It is important that you feel comfortable and confident in your recovery.
