Would I be a good candidate for cheek fillers? I want a more high boney look for my cheeks. (photos)

being said, based on your photographs, you may benefit from a filler such as voluma in your malar region.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who

You may be a good candidate for facial implants if you:

Are physically healthy

Do not smoke

Have specific goals in mind for improvement of your cheek. 

Hyaluronic Dermal fillers are a good starting point as they are temporary and give you the results of a cheek enhancement with out the commitment of an implant. There are also longer lasting fillers such as Voluma, sculptura, radiesse and Bellafill that can be used to create more defined cheekbones. Fat transfer is also an excellent way to enhance the cheekbones and is permanent. I perform cheek implants in cases where there is an extreme flatness to the cheeks. I verify placement with a camera to maximally it ensure symmetry.  I suggest an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics to review all your options for optimal results.

Yes, facial contour and volume of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

It appears that on top of weight loss you may have an underlying mild malar (cheek bone) hypoplasia (poorly developed cheek bones, mild in your case).This condition will significantly improve with augmentation of the cheeks and periorbital (around the eyes/orbits) with fat grafts or fillers (Voluma, Resylane). Possibly small cheek implants?A consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial rejuvenation to discuss your options should be your next step. Good luck.

Yes you are a good candidate for either cheek filler or cheek implants. My favorite cheek filler is Juvederm Voluma which lasts about 2 years or more. The results are very natural appearing and can be tailored to your underlying anatomy to create the look that you desire. Depending upon your goals you would likely require 1-3 syringes of Voluma to shape and accentuate your cheek bones. Colorado is the "Wild West" of injectables. We have a law on the books that essentially allows anyone to inject Botox and fillers. Seek out a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist and avoid Groupon deals or Med Spas. Your safety is worth it. Best.

A higher bony cheek look is only going to come from the use of cheek implants. Fillers and fat produce a soft and rounder soft tissue effect not a bony or more angular effect. 

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheeks, chin and lips), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Non smiling photos of your face from the front and side would be best for the evaluation.  From these photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front, the chin is weak and there is excess fat in the mid face.   These combine to create a rectangular  shaped face.  
 Following my facial beauty principles, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks that will feminize the entire face.
 I have performed many Chin Augmentations using chin implants for over 30 years.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin and "pseudo-jowls".   Pseudo jowls differ from "jowls" in what causes them, what they represent and how they are best treated.  Pseudo jowls are defined by a fold of tissue laxity that goes from the corners of the mouth to approximately 1/3 or 1/2 the distance to the lower jaw line.  It’s caused by a weak chin and its lack of tissue support around the chin and mouth area.  It's best treated by correcting of the weak chin with a silastic chin implant.  Jowls are described below in greater detail.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. 
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.
