I lost weight and gained weight back everywhere except for my face. Under my cheek bones are hallow. What procedure is best for fuller cheeks I do not want implants. Sorry about photos I am a bit embarrassed.
Answer: Facial Contouring with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Sculptra, Fat Grafting, Implants Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Sculptra or Fat Transfer would be the best Thank you for sharing your photos, as that makes it much easier to give an informed opinion. When my patients experience hollowness from weight loss or aging I recommend treating with dermal fillers or performing a fat transfer. Fat Transfer is somewhat longer-lasting than dermal fillers are, but the recovery time from the initial procedure is more significant, with bruising and swelling that typically lasts about a week. Dermal fillers have almost no downtime, with redness and swelling that often lasts a day or two, but is very minimal. Judging from your photos, it appears you have global (or all-over) volume loss. This is normal for patients whose weight has fluctuated. If you choose to go the dermal filler route, I recommend you try Sculptra, a dermal filler that was specifically designed to help those with facial wasting, or a gaunt appearance. This filler works to stimulate your body’s natural growth of collagen, creating plump, full skin, and adding back the structure and volume you’ve lost. Afterwards, you may choose to add volume back to specific areas, like the cheeks. However, looking at your photos, Sculptra alone may give you the volume you desire. Sculptra gives a natural, long-lasting result since it supercharges your body’s own growth of collagen.

Answer: Fillers for Augmenting Cheeks Dear myaaa:Looking at your photos, a dermal filler like Voluma would nicely replace the lost volume in your sub-malar area. Please see an expert injector for best results. Best wishes.

Answer: Fat grafting You have lost a lot of fat over different parts and the best filler would be fat grafting. The advantage is that you need more than few cc and fat last longer too.

Answer: Gaunt face. Best type of facial injections for fuller cheeks? Nice posted photos. Best to seek only in person opinions. But I might offer sub malar Voluma injections, at least 3 to 4 syringes over a 2 week time span. I might also offer Suture Lift (PDO or Silhouette InstaLift or combo both).
