Cheek filler or nasolabial fold filler? (Photo)

It's somewhat of a myth that cheek filler will significantly lift the nasolabial fold.  In your situation specifically, based on the photo you posted, it would take so much volume in your cheeks (which are already nicely rounded) to raise the nasolabial fold that you would look unnatural.  If you want to reduce the nasolabial shadows and creases, I suggest you have filler done directly in the fold.  Restylane Defyne is a great option in this area.  

For nasolabial folds, I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement with fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Lasers and microneedling/prp will improve texture and tone while ultherapy/rf treatments will provide skin tightening and lift. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Hello and thank you for your question. In your case, I suggest you get a filler such as Juvederm or Restylane in the nasolabial area and this will lift the folds. The cost of this depends on the exact filler you use and the quantity that is required. It could range anywhere between $500 - $800+ for each filler. From you photo I am not at all sure that you require anything as you seem to have good facial volume.  Having stated this if you are insistent on moving forward I would recommend cheeks and not naso-labial furrows.

Injecting filler into the lower face can lead to a heavy un-natural appearance if overdone. Utilizing 0.5-1 syringes of filler per cheek is ideal to create a very slight lift in the nasolabial folds.
