Cheek filler or nasolabial fold filler? (Photo)

For nasolabial folds, I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement with fillers for the folds themselves and to provide anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. It's somewhat of a myth that cheek filler will significantly lift the nasolabial fold.  In your situation specifically, based on the photo you posted, it would take so much volume in your cheeks (which are already nicely rounded) to raise the nasolabial fold that you would look unnatural.  If you want to reduce the nasolabial shadows and creases, I suggest you have filler done directly in the fold.  Restylane Defyne is a great option in this area.

The cost of this depends on the exact filler you use and the quantity that is required. It could range anywhere between $500 - $800+ for each filler.
