I believe the concerns I have with my under-eye area is due to festoons. I have not had any filler in over a year, but did previously have radiesse injected in my cheek area and juvederm in the tear trough area. I am not sure if it was these procedures or aging in general that caused this problem, but I am very embarrassed by it and am looking for a best-case solution.

The overall volume of your cheek looks good. I would suggest asking your injector to use a small particle filler like Restylane silk directly into the indentation. Volbella would be another good HA choice. Good luck.
