Will filler help my under-eye festoon issue? I already have Radiesse and Juvederm injected in the surrounding area. (photo)

You are seeing the malar fat pad, which sits on top of the bone there.  This can get more prominent as we age.  The fillers to the cheek can often help pull this fat pad up, or at least change the shadows so you don't see it as much.   You may want to try a little filler now below the fat pad in the demarcation line you have there.  If you don't like it, it can be removed.

For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. One thing is to consider fat transfer. I do think volume (filler or fat) can help but people often need a significant amount and with fat we have essentially unlimited supply.It is worth researching at the least.Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC

I do not believe that you have the problem of under-filling.  You should consider the edema as a possible lack of drainage from over filling.  I would consult your physician.

Thank you for your question and pictures. Dermal fillers can certainly be used to decrease the festoon effect and it will give a better transition with the surrounding tissue. I recommend seeing an expert for a proper evaluation and treatment plan. Best of luck, 

Thank you for the photo's.  Yes, filler will help smooth out the transition from under eyes to cheeks.  

It's hard to tell because you are smiling. These are not festoons. If you look carefully you will see a difference in color, and texture of the skin which will always be visible unless buried under some pancake.  Even if you try to level out the skin, my experience os that you always see the demarcation
