Hello! I just wonder if you know if it’s possible to get rid of this extra skin on my eyelid? I have done an upper bleph but it didn’t disappear. Does the doctor has to stretch that specific thin skin even more? Thanks

Based on your photo, I suspect that that the lump of fat below your right eye may be superficial. If it is superficial, a direct excision with a scar on the lower eyelids skin should heal well. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
