I've developed significant hollowing in my upper eyelids after using prostagladin eyelash products. The hollowing also accentuates the asymmetry between my eyes. Would fat graft or filler be safer? Are there other procedures I should consider to fix the asymmetry?

The heavily, hooded upper eyelids is quite typical for northern European heritage.

And somatic filler reversing is fairly rapid.
There may be some slight swelling from the injections.
Otherwise it typically takes hours or a few days.
