How do I fix my droopy/drooping (especially right) eye? (Photos)

Question

I don't want to change the angle of my eyelid. I just want to tighten my lower eyelid so that it doesn't droop as much. It droops approx. 0.25-0.5 inch before the lateral canthus. I don't mind if it has a slightly negative canthal tilt. The first picture shows my eyes when I was about 10-12 years old. The second picture shows my eyes now at the age of 21. How can it be that my eyes have changed so much in the last 10 years?

Your lateral canthus on both eyes is lower than medial. A procedure called lateral canthopexy may help this problem. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended.

If you look at a group of 10-year-olds, you can usually tell their approximate age from across the street.
The same is true for those in their early 20s.
The face changes with time.
I suggest having in person consultations to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment options.
