I don't want to change the angle of my eyelid. I just want to tighten my lower eyelid so that it doesn't droop as much. It droops approx. 0.25-0.5 inch before the lateral canthus. I don't mind if it has a slightly negative canthal tilt. The first picture shows my eyes when I was about 10-12 years old. The second picture shows my eyes now at the age of 21. How can it be that my eyes have changed so much in the last 10 years?

You appear to have congenitally bulging medial and middle lower eyelid fat pads. Additionally, you have a drop of scleral show. Depending on your examination, a transconjunctival approach to your middle and medial fat pads may be the best way to remove these bulges from under your eyes. I hope...
You would benefit from a browlift. A browlift can be done through a coronal incision to lower the hairline and raise the eyebrows higher.

I’m not sure the medication cost fat loss.
That would be a new one to me.
Restoring volume in this part of the face is inherently difficult and I would be very apprehensive to stick needles in that anatomic region.
