Since 18 years I have lumps under the eyes. I already had surgery at the left 10 years ago. It looks good, but I have a damage: I can not squint (lateral) Amazingly it is no problem. I want to get rid of the lumps at the right. But is there a way not to have muscle damage or nerve damage? What kind of damage do I have at the left?

Answer: An examination may be necessary to determine what is best.
If you look at a group of 10-year-olds, you can usually tell their approximate age from across the street.
The same is true for those in their early 20s.
The face changes with time.
I suggest having in person consultations to get an accurate assessment and better understanding of treatment...
You appear to have congenitally bulging medial and middle lower eyelid fat pads. Additionally, you have a drop of scleral show. Depending on your examination, a transconjunctival approach to your middle and medial fat pads may be the best way to remove these bulges from under your eyes. I hope...
You would benefit from a browlift. A browlift can be done through a coronal incision to lower the hairline and raise the eyebrows higher.
