My problem is not the typical tear trough, but the emptiness&collapse of the lower eyelid due to the lack of orbital fat after blepharoplasty. I'm suffering a lot psychologically. I've only seen a solution with solid fat. The complete lack of such examples with liquid fat tells me that it is almost impossible to fill it this way without lumps, but I feel that the solid fat option is extremely teqnique-dependent and hardly anyone does it. Help if you fix it or know someone who can.
