Can just my tip be addressed? Ihave asymmetries One side higher the other has the nostril pushed forward and not good. I simply want the sides to be equal. The tip looks really off in certain positions. Thank you in advance.
Answer: NO- I Recommend Septorhinoplasty | Plastic Surgery | Rhinoplasty Expert | Nose Job | Tip Nostril Asymmetry | Plasty Septoplasty Hello and thank you for your question and the pictures. Addressing the shape of the nose (particularly the nasal tip) is actually one of the most common reasons people seek out and undergo a rhinoplasty. An open septorhinoplasty can best address your nose, and is particularly effective at addressing the tip size, shape, and definition! You would need a "full" rhinoplasty (instead of just working on the tip) because to properly balance your nose, and solidly reinforce the underlying framework to assure you get the BEST long term results, I would need to address your entire nose, not just your tip. Anyone who tells you otherwise is doing you a HUGE disservice! This truly a surgery of millimeters- and it requires exceptional surgical skill to achieve natural-looking results! Because your nose is the DEFINING feature of your face- I would only recommend seeing a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty procedures, and who has significant training and experience performing these surgeries. I actually trained under one of the world leading rhinoplasty experts (who performs 1,000+ nosejobs annually). I recommend for you to setup a formal consultation with me (or another plastic surgeon who is extremely comfortable with rhinoplasties) to thoroughly discuss your surgical goals, undergo a formal examination, evaluate your options, and develop a personalized plan just for you. I hope this helps! Dr. Donald Groves Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Tip plasty Hello, Nostril asymmetry is often a less desirable reason ton have a rhinoplasty. Fixing nostril asymmetry and making it perfect can be difficult or impossible in anybody's hands. Isolated tip plasty and nostril work does occur but I think patients are more happier when they change more things on their nose.

Answer: Tip rhinoplasty Yes, you can have a limited rhinoplasty, which involves operating only on the tip. This takes about 1 hour to perform under general anesthesia. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Consider a permanent nonsurgical nose job. Based on your frontal photo, you appear to have an indentation along your right nasal sidewall along with nasal tip and nostril asymmetry. Have you had previous nasal surgery? Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance along with improved nasal tip and nostril symmetry. I hope this is helpful, and thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty to help improve your tip symmetry and refine your tip. This is a complex maneuver and usually not addressed solely with “tip-plasty”. However, a formal rhinoplasty can likely address all of your concerns. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
