Was my second septorhinoplasty botched? (photos)

I would recommend a revision rhinoplasty with rib graft. There are many things going on here. The entire nasal skeleton and soft tissue envelope need to be addressed. It is absolutely critical to find an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty, one preferably with an accredited Aesthetic fellowship endorsed by the Aesthetic Society.

Based on your up close photos, you appear to have very thin nasal skin. And in people who have thin skin, irregularities are more prone to occur after rhinoplasty surgery, and cartilage crafts are more likely to become visible. In our experience, irregularities from cartilage grafting, and asymmetries after rhinoplasty surgery may be corrected permanently with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections, depending on someone's examination.
