Was my second septorhinoplasty botched? (photos)

Question

There is a gap between the nasal bones and upper lateral cartilages. I also have some visible grafts that are hard to see sometimes but other times very noticeable. My surgeon injected the bumps 18 months post op. Seemed to help but still there. My nostrils are uneven and I still have a small crooked tip. Also to mention; had a septoplasty and I still struggle to breathe. The grafts built up a lot of scar tissue inside. He said we could do fat grafting or filler to hide bumps.

I would recommend a revision rhinoplasty with rib graft. There are many things going on here. The entire nasal skeleton and soft tissue envelope need to be addressed. It is absolutely critical to find an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty, one preferably with an accredited Aesthetic fellowship endorsed by the Aesthetic Society.

Based on your up close photos, you appear to have very thin nasal skin. And in people who have thin skin, irregularities are more prone to occur after rhinoplasty surgery, and cartilage crafts are more likely to become visible. In our experience, irregularities from cartilage grafting, and asymmetries after rhinoplasty surgery may be corrected permanently with microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections, depending on someone's examination. We neither endorse nor recommend fat grafting and temporary gel fillers for use in the nose after previous rhinoplasty. Thank you so much for your question, and I hope this helps.
