There is a gap between the nasal bones and upper lateral cartilages. I also have some visible grafts that are hard to see sometimes but other times very noticeable. My surgeon injected the bumps 18 months post op. Seemed to help but still there. My nostrils are uneven and I still have a small crooked tip. Also to mention; had a septoplasty and I still struggle to breathe. The grafts built up a lot of scar tissue inside. He said we could do fat grafting or filler to hide bumps.
