What can be done to correct lateral displacement and high nipples? Could this be capsular contracture? (photo)

I had a breast lift and augmentation in 2021. I had smooth ultra high 315 sillicone put in. I noticed after a few months that my nipple was too high and some lateral displacement was occurring. My surgeon advised me to wait and see if it got better. It hasn't and has been really upsetting me. I felt like he gave me a bigger result than discussed. I am going back next week to discuss options. Is this capsular contracture? Is it worth going under the knife again or can the same result happen?
