Question

4 years ago I went for breast augmentation in Seoul. I got silicone, high profile, +- 400cc, over muscle. The brand is Sebbin. My surgeon quit during my recovery period so I do not have contact with him. After about 2 years, I started noticing my breast shape and position looks and feels odd... My right breast is harder and I can feel little bubbles at the bottom if I press it. My under-breast areas are also numb. I often get muscle aches and fatigue and I wonder if my implants are the cause.

Your implants are quite large and your breasts are wider than your chest wall.  You need to be evaluated for capsular contracture.  You will need smaller implants using a retro-pectoral pocket.

One implant has bottomed out and both are too large and wide for your frame. The "bubbles" you feel are your implants. Find another doctor.
