I had 700cc saline implants with a lift done in 2015. I have (minor) scoliosis, pectus excavatum & prominent rib cage, thus I do not have perfect symmetry now & did not before the first surgery. I'm getting new implants w a lift done in Sept. I want to go smaller to look more proportionate as I am quite petite, but not too small so I'm still comfortable with myself. Would 500 still be too large?
