I have a long history w/ opioid drug use, and have been on and off prescribed meds to help. I can't find a surgeon who'll work w/ me on this. I understand that the problem can be that afterwards pain management is difficult when the person isn't opiate naive. But, there has to be a way, right? A nerve block was suggested yrs ago, but now she doesn't offer that, apparently. I have cash payment ready. How can I not find any doctor who will operate on me? Please help me find one
