Hello! I am 4 years post op and just recently learned that both my implants have bottomed out. I Would've never known if I didn't randomly see an article about it. I also posted pictures here and several doctors said that both my implants have bottomed out. My question is-If I'm perfectly happy with my results and have no problems(except very mild rippling on the left scar and a little discomfort on the pec muscle) must I fix it? Is it dangerous?
