Adding a rib graft on top of existing one (dorsum)?

Question

Had revision the graft looks really good. Want to know if i can have another graft on top of this one. Its a doraum rib graft and i want another thinner layered graft on top of this one to get a pyramid shape bridge. I also would like it to be curvy to get more 3 dimensiomal prominence In between dyebrows area. Just a small and thin graft will be a game changer for my face im sure of it. If possible.

Hello and thank you for your question. I would recommend a dorsal onlay graft consisting of diced Cartilage wrapped in fascia. This has a much lower complication rate than a solid dorsal onlay rib graft which has a high risk of malposition with time. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
