I had a rhinoplasty done last June and I'm not satisfied with the results. I wish I'd kept my old nose. My nose looks wider, the tip looks cut off/short and there's a dent in one nostril. I can breathe properly luckily. I feel like the doctor over rotated or deprojected the end of my nose too much. I want my old nose back, specifically the drop at the tip to close the gap between my nose and lip. 1st two photos are before, 2nd are after. Would this be considered a minor revision?
