I had a Rhinoplasty in 74’ over the yrs it has become so crooked, I don’t breathe correctly. I look horribly twisted. embarrassed to even leave the house. I’m white 160 lbs 62 yrs old. I also have Bell’s palsy since 2001. I’m looking for a second opinion

What do you not like about it? It appears a touch over rotated. This can be improved with revision rhinoplasty. It's best to see a rhinoplasty specialist to have computer imaging to see what you may want and if it can possibly be done.

Photos would be much help in deciding whether it's worth it or not. However, if it has been over a year and you're not satisfied with the results, you should consider general anesthesia before undergoing another surgery.

Lengthening and derogating the nose will require adding cartilage back that was removed and it should be quite possible, but more involved than the original procedure. The cartilage coukd come from your septum if a septoplasty was not performed at the original operation or require rib cartilage...
