I had 1 septorhinoplasty years ago, a separate closed septoplasty , and then a 2nd septorhinoplasty. Septal cartilage used for all. No external cartilage required. Last surgery was a success but I bumped my nose tip on a cardboard box 3 weeks post op. The shape of bridge changed now upper lateral cartilages appear disconnected. Surgeon says he can help me at 6months post op. Can I safely have revision to close the gap in middle and get 2 lines on either side of nose back? I feel pain in nose now
