Since you're overall happy with your results, more surgery may not be a good idea. The lower third of your nose is a bit overprojected on profile, and your nose is a bit short. Tip deprojection and nasal lengthening surgery would be a major endeavor and largely unpredictable. If you are seeing too much nostril show on front view, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be helpful for nostril lowering, depending on your examination. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
