I had a revision rhinoplasty in 2010. I felt he did an amazing job for what I've got and what he was fixing. However, I've now haven't really like the profile or bottom of my nose. Should something be done? What would help me look more balanced?

Greetings from Turkey,
Photos would be much help in deciding whether it's worth it or not. However, if it has been over a year and you're not satisfied with the results, you should consider general anesthesia before undergoing another surgery.

Lengthening and derogating the nose will require adding cartilage back that was removed and it should be quite possible, but more involved than the original procedure. The cartilage coukd come from your septum if a septoplasty was not performed at the original operation or require rib cartilage...
Hi @Christina907. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
