Is eight weeks post surgery enough time to before I go in sauna?

 I don't think you have anything to worry about at all. Nevertheless this is something you should have okayed by your own plastic surgeon.

Yes you should have no problem going to a wet sauna after two months  but you might consider avoiding dry saunas for at least 6 months post-op

By 8 weeks usually my patients are allowed to do almost anything that they want. I will say that a sauna is usually very dry and it might not be great for the internal mucosa.

At 8 weeks postop, there should be no issues with you going into the sauna. However, be aware that exposing your nose to heat will probably cause it to swell transiently. This usually comes down after returning back to a normal ambient temperature. If there are additional concerns make sure you address these with your rhinoplasty surgeon. 

HiYou should be able to enjoy your relaxing sauna by eight weeks.  You may notice some swelling, especially in the nasal tip are after the activity.  It will eventually go away so it should not get in the way of you enjoying this activity.  You should touch base with your nasal surgeon to make sure he/she agrees.  Best wishes.
